Effective September 29, 2026. These terms govern your use of the Club Vegas website. If you do not agree, please stop using the site. These website terms do not replace any separate membership agreement or rules that apply at the venue.

Who the site is for

This website is intended for adults interested in Club Vegas. You must meet the club's applicable age and admission requirements to attend. Club Vegas welcomes couples and single women. Check current event details and contact the club with questions before planning your visit.

RSVPs and event information

An RSVP lets us know you plan to attend; it is not a ticket, payment, membership approval, or guarantee of admission. Entry remains subject to capacity, identification, applicable admission requirements, and club rules. Party themes, schedules, hours, and availability may change. Refer to the current party details or contact the club for confirmation. Any separate purchase or booking is governed by the terms presented for that transaction.

Respect, consent, and privacy

Treat others with respect. Consent must be freely given and can be withdrawn. Respect the privacy of members and guests; do not submit or publish someone else's identifying information or images without permission. Harassment, impersonation, threats, and unlawful activity are not permitted. Venue-specific conduct and dress requirements continue to apply.

Using forms and subscribing

Provide accurate information and submit another person's details only when you are authorized to do so. Do not use forms for spam, unsolicited advertising, or sensitive documents. Newsletter signup is optional and requires email confirmation. You can unsubscribe at any time through the newsletter link. Our Privacy Policy explains how submitted information is handled.

Website content and guest images

Club Vegas branding, design, text, and original media belong to Club Vegas or their respective owners. You may browse and share links for personal use, but may not copy branding or republish content commercially without permission. Third-party flyers, logos, and images remain the property of their owners. Using a hashtag does not transfer ownership of your work to Club Vegas. Contact us about an image or content you believe should be removed.

Acceptable use and outside services

Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the site, distribute malicious code, harvest guest information, or bypass access restrictions. Partner, map, and social links are provided for convenience. Club Vegas does not control those services, their content, or their terms; a link does not guarantee a partner's products or services.

Availability and responsibility

We aim to keep information useful and accurate, but cannot promise uninterrupted service or that every listing is free of errors. To the extent permitted by law, the website is provided as available without warranties about uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, or waives a guest's rights concerning conduct at the venue.

We may update these terms by posting a revised version with a new effective date. Material changes will be identified through an appropriate site notice.
