Effective September 29, 2026. This policy explains how Club Vegas handles information collected through this website, its RSVP and contact forms, and its newsletter.

Information you provide

We collect the information you enter in our forms: your name, email address, phone number when supplied, visit date and session, guest details, messages, and optional birthday or anniversary selections. Newsletter signup asks for an email address and an optional first name. Please do not send payment card numbers, identification documents, medical details, or other sensitive information through these forms.

How we use your information

We use information to respond to inquiries, manage RSVPs and guest lists, communicate about your visit, deliver newsletters you request, maintain subscription preferences, and operate and protect the site. An RSVP or contact message does not automatically subscribe you to marketing emails.

Newsletter choices and measurement

Newsletter subscriptions use an email confirmation step. You can unsubscribe or manage your preferences using the links in our newsletters. We record subscription status and may retain a suppression record so an unsubscribed address is not added back accidentally. Email technology records delivery activity, opens, and link clicks to help us understand newsletter performance; these measurements may be affected by email privacy settings. Blocking remote images can limit open tracking.

Cookies and technical information

The site and its service providers may process IP addresses, browser and device information, timestamps, page requests, and security logs. Cookies or similar storage support site functions, security, and preferences, including remembering a dismissed popup. You can manage cookies in your browser; restricting them may affect features. Linked social networks and other external services may collect information about your activity across websites under their own policies when you use those services.

Who receives information

Club Vegas does not sell or rent guest or subscriber information, or share it with partners for those partners’ own marketing. Authorized club staff and service providers may process information to operate the club and website, host and secure data, manage forms and subscriptions, and deliver email. We use Twilio SendGrid for email delivery. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect rights and safety.

Retention and security

Information is stored in the site's form, subscriber, and operational records and may also appear in notifications, delivery logs, and backups. Retention depends on the purpose of the record and operational or legal needs. Restricted administration and security measures help protect information, but no website or email system can guarantee absolute security. Use the contact form to request review or removal of a record; some information may need to be retained for legal, security, or unsubscribe purposes.

Your requests

You may ask to review, correct, or delete information we hold about you, or ask a privacy question, through our contact form. Begin your message with “Privacy request” and identify the relevant email address and request. This form is also our designated contact for Nevada requests to opt out of the sale of covered information, although we do not sell it. We may verify your identity before acting and will respond as required by applicable law. Do not include identification documents in the initial message.

Photos, outside links, and children

A public hashtag or social post can be visible to others under the relevant platform's settings. Contact us to request removal of an image displayed on this website. Links to partners and social networks lead to independently operated services with their own privacy practices. This website is intended for adults, not children; contact us if you believe a child has submitted personal information.

Updates and contact
